Our activity-focused panel of authors, teachers, illustrator, and school director will dissect characters’ Voices and share ways student-writers (and teacher-writers) can discover their own.

You'll hear from authors and illustrators as they discuss practices for uncovering character personalities, needs, and backgrounds. There will be a writing/sketching component to this workshop.

Member and Non-Member tickets with Round Table Critique (limited to first 15 registrations), as well as Session Only tickets

*Session Only includes Sarah Aronson's keynote and admitance into 2 breakout sessions (NOT ROUND TABLE CRITIQUE)

A waitlist will be maintained for those wishing to attend critiques after the first 15 registrations.

 
Sarah-Aronson6-1In addition to Sarah's The Worst Fairy Godmother Ever, she has also published Head Case, Beyond Lucky, Believe, and has a forthcoming nonfiction picture book, Just Like Rube Goldberg. Sarah has an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts, where she now instructs other writers on their publishing journeys.
